With locations in multiple cities, we had to build a site that allowed all different types of people to booking the relevant tour for them in a quick and engaging manner.

We had to link in with two different API booking systems to provide the wide-ranging functionality that they required - but we had to do this in an easy-to-manage way so the client could easily create and manage bookings and tours.

Solution

As the website caters to an international audience, we worked out with the client to bring out a page tour layout with a customed filter functionality, making it easy and seamless for users to select accordingly between different languages, cities, and tour types, and groups sizes.

We customised the backend of the website to take the complexity out of the day-to-day and week-to-week tasks that the client would need to perform themselves. E-commerce tracking is set up through Google Analytics and data studio reporting for easy reference of the website status.

With our work, Yellow Umbrella Tours can take their business to new heights in the tourism industry and they are already seeing a big spike in incoming sales.
