Clúid Housing
The Brief
Clúid Housing has fast become the largest approved housing body in Ireland. We’ve been working closely with them over the past few years to help them bring their online services to the next level.
They started with us with just a brochure-based website, but they had the vision to know that they were going to need a lot more in the future. We act as their digital partners to make their service easier to deliver and manage.
Challenge
Our challenge was to build two new websites and a SharePoint based intranet. We also worked with Clúid Housing to develop digital online versions of their Annual Reports and support the API integration on their customer portal.
In 2020, IMA designed a new website for Clúid Housing. We set the challenge to introduce energy and movement to the design to make the site engaging, bring our content to life and set Clúid apart. We were thrilled with the results of the project. We found IMA to be an organisation that is solution orientated and timely in delivery.

Solution
We worked with Clúid Housing to find a digital solution to help them expand their operations, deliver and manage more housing units.
One of our first projects with Clúid Housing involved reducing the administrative burden on staff in relation to managing current services. We created a website implementing online rent paying, online repairs ordering, property swap listings and live chat functionality. We then looked at their internal operations and developed a highly successful custom intranet, tailored to their specific needs.
We have recently worked on a new phase of development to increase the services available to users, and launched a second website (www.clannhousing.ie) and brand to roll out their new service.
As part of our continued services, we ensure to review the analytics, measure the success of a website and make recommendations to constantly improve our projects.
