Case Brief
Build a website for a water and land based activity and tours business, Mid Ireland Adventure. The website needs to be split in two so that there is a bike rental business, as well as an activities and tours business. The website(s) need to be smart, upselling and providing additional sales opportunities while being streamlines for maximum conversions.
Challenge
On the face of it, the task was to build an event booking website. But this was not your standard events booking site. It required complex rentals that were integrated between products, unique tour registration systems for the different types of tours, races, dual websites and more.
The challenge was to build a unique system that would have the capacity to grow with the clients current business needs.
Solution
We built two inter-linkable websites. Each with a unique but similar brand. We worked closely with the client to map out what the future needs of the business could be and as the business was already beginning to split in two between Mid Ireland Adventure and Slieve Bloom Mountain Bike Rental, we established that the best solution long term was to build two sites but to keep them closely related. Mid Ireland Adventure has seen a big increase in sales and conversions and we continue to work closely with the client supporting his business as it grows.
